  1. You currently in Thailand or Laos. I would go to Laos. If still in Thailand, when does current permission expire
  2. First up I didn't post the laugh emoji. Your three suggestions will not work. As I posted in your other thread .. you really are skating on thin ice. You have extensive history ongoing stay in Thailand. Think it is 15 months. You have used 2 border exempt entries via land this calendar year. Bit late but was very much a gamble to enter Laos. Assume that is currently where you are? I'm not sure which countries in S.E.A have more easy tourist visa or visa exempt options for Ukrainian citizens. My first thought was eVisa for Vietnam. That does not have financials however not sure current situation for Ukrainian passport. Also it's only 30 days. Not sure about Vientiane but in Phnom Penh they sometimes reject and still apply the sticker to pp with VOID stamp on it (not good) Best of luck. Edit: just checked eVisa for Vietnam. Ukraine does not seem to appear for tourist visa.
  3. Yes at friendship Enter with tourist visa no problem
  4. The requirements to obtain a certificate of residence at CW has been explained in the thread. A utility bill will not cut it in 2023
  5. @BritTim bumping this guy's question as I couldn't assist when was asked. Suggested he post his question in a thread.
  6. For most countries the "embassy letter" is handed to you with the new passport. It was a general statement. Just gives Thai immigration permission to transfer any stamps and visa information. I suggest that you tell io at Rayong that your embassy no longer provides letter see if that floats. Note: the transfer of stamps should be done at immigration office where they were issued.
  7. Not sure about Canada. Here is link to immigration form. https://aseannow.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=439177 This is not embassy letter but should do the trick
  8. Which passport country? Some embassies have stopped providing that "letter" Oz being one. Think USA have also stopped.
  9. That is ancient history. The earlier online reporting was very problematic. Not the case now. https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/register/add
  10. Just bumping your question. Perhaps Jomtien is so under the pump they are scheduling this return for stamp. Hopefully Pattaya folk can advise.
  11. You choose the wrong rental. Would be first question I would have asked. I have rentals in Bangkok and 2 currently have farang. My agent provides TM30. Out of this thread. Good luck.
  12. Still confusing . So if you obtained a 12 month extension at Jomtien and now living Bangkok you will need to do change of address. TM30 in order to file TM47 at Bangkok. You state that you obtained extension Pattaya. Surely you provided TM30 for that extension. You need to do change of address if now living in Bangkok
  13. Thanks ...I should have mentioned that I cut and posted that from search. Didn't take much time. Hope it's useful. Added note: previously I used mail option for reports CW due to (at that time) unreliable online reporting. The new system online is huge improvement. At CW mail option they return all your photocopies and new TM47 application form. Just provide B4 return envelope. Its bullet proof.
  14. Read my post. How can you be more than 90 days in Thailand unless you have applied for 12 month extension from a non O . How did you last enter Thailand??
  15. What are you talking about. What is your visa status currently in Thailand? Do you have a non O visa based on retirement. Did you obtain the non O at consulate outside of Thailand or did you enter visa exempt or tourist visa and obtain non O in Thailand. Either way why would you be doing a 90 day report! So hypothetical question?
  16. Up to the io. Could just send you away stating what added docs you need. Yes messy. Bit unrelated but I have NEVER done a TM30 in my 10 years here. For my first ever extension I provided a copy of lease. It's not quite clear of your circumstances. Seems that you entered Thailand with a non O. Not obtained non O at Thai immigration. Edit: my post is silly. I won't bother to edit it. If you entered with a non O you would be applying for 12 month extension. Not a TM47. If you obtained your non O in Thailand you would have already provided address. I do not understand your situation.
  17. OP, good advice above from Red. One suggestion not mentioned is to make appointment at CW for 90 day report. Have the passport pages I mentioned earlier. CW is (imo) helpful immigration office and not to fussy about TM47. Any receipts of rental or even better rental agreement would most likely be acceptable. Worst case ..fine for not having TM30....generally 800b.
  18. Almost certainly will not with the dates the OP posted.
  19. Disagree with most of this post. OP will have zero issues.
  20. It's not clear if you hope to do this in the quickest time possible. The flight option to Udon Thani could include option of first night stay in Udon Thani in nice bar area next to central plaza. The next day minivan to friendship bridge. One hour flat straight rd. Even quicker is to hook up mini van from Udon airport and direct to Nong Khai. Can be done in one day. Realize you are not interested in the Saigon option however just for others reading....it would certainly be my go to option for multi entry non O . Especially for folk that don't require visa for Vietnam. Obviously most of EU and also UK.
  21. Don't do that. You could check into a hotel for a night checking first that they will provide screenshot of TM30 filing. Yes messy. This guy might advise @Red Phoenix
  22. Next time perhaps add ME Non O . In any event, in another of your past threads you mentioned hate of minivans and even buses. In that thread think you mentioned plan to hire a car. You could consider flight BKK to Udon Thani and step over border at Nong Khai. You have options.
