The account is yours. Perhaps you are overlapping the obtaining a non O and subsequent extension to agent just obtaining bank account. Two separate things. Some folk will just use an agent to provide bank account and do the non O plus extension themselves. The OP in this thread is obtaining a non O at CW. He will need a certificate of residence OR letter from embassy to open bank account in Bangkok.. Then he may have an issue. Some countries embassies do not provide "letter" . Also CW has one main requirement for certificate of residence and that is a TM47. Impossible with a tourist visa or visa exempt entry.

The OP does not have a visa or extension and will not be obtaining a reentry permit. He just present at airport. The io may/transfer his entry stamp and then stamp exit stamp along side. No issues. He entered Thailand visa exempt and obtained 30 day extension. That ends when he exits.

OP, if you are located in Bangkok then 90min flight to Saigon is an option. Moreso if your passport allows for visa exempt entry. You could bounce straight back or make a mini holiday..

90 day reports for Bangkok are done at CW. Can be done in person 14 days prior and 6 days post due date. Can be done via mail also. At CW they want mail application 14 days prior. Your first report would be due 90 days from the extension stamp date. At CW you don't need much. Basic copies of pp. Photo page. Most recent entry stamp. Copy of non O visa. The OP mentioned using credit card for proof of funds. That is not even acceptable for visa exempt entry. Certainly no use for tourist visa. With his history seems he is between rock and hard place imo.

They may also transfer your entry stamp . Realize you have a 30 day extension however how did you enter Thailand. Visa exempt ? At some point in future can you update your thread with exactly what was done by IO at international departure.

You don't have a visa. You have a permission of stay. Also you don't have a reentry permit. At departure the io should transfer the extension stamp stamp and stamp you out. Obviously have both pp with you.

Limited options from HH. Suggest a ride to Bangkok and flight to Udon Thani for either border bounce and reenter visa exempt. 30 day stamp that can be extended by 30 days and apply for non O at Thai immigration. OR Obtain non O retirement at Vientiane. My choice would be flight to Saigon and obtain non O at consulate. Both Vientiane and Saigon require appointment. So that may not be an option depending on permit expiry.

From other posts it appears you have pp that allows you 30 day visa exempt stamp. It's not visa on arrival. To then obtain a new non O retirement you would require 800k in your Thai bank account.

What nationality (passport) BTW why not just have agent obtain a 12 month extension. You already have a non O. The extension should not be more than 15k
