    I deal with agents often. Please post facts. I know the cost of various visa assistance from agents. Most of which do not even deal with non O marriage. You prove my point with the big secret routine. Basically no idea. However again...the OP has not indicated any interest in use of agent.

    The OP, would not have a non O marriage. Provide agent name to obtain non O marriage along with 12 month extension for under 30k. Dreamworld. Mind you all irrelevant as the OP has not indicated notion of using agent.

    As I understand it CM is an office that insists upon TM30 for return from o/s. Just one of the few offices that make up their own rules.

    Not familiar with that. I wonder if it's just that region that insists upon residence certificate from immigration. I know the embassy letter is fine for TDL and Bank Account etc

    Indeed. Prior to covid I was never in Thailand for more than a month. Hence for 7 years no 90 report and as a result could not get residence certificate from CW. The issue for Oz folk is that AU embassy does not provide that service. No surprise there.

    It would have been clear if the OP had stated reason for residence certificate. He has a thread in motorcycles asking about registration so guessing that's what it's for. If so embassy letter would work.

    I have more than ample dosh and if I was married I would be using non O ME as I (pre covid) loved monthly trips to Saigon. For some the non O ME is a perfect option. Also it's a stretch to assume "no funds" for many it's as simple as not wanting deal with Thai immigration offices.

    The airline can ask you for onward flight within 30 days if flying without a visa or reentry permit. Here is thread that explains your options and also has link to "onwardflight.com"

    First part : Yes. Second part: Stay your 75 and do a border bounce for 45 + 30 enter visa exempt. Note : You can do 2 visa exempt entries via land per calendar year.

    OP, is after a non O one year multiple entry. Funds would not be the issue.

    OP, returning to your home address either from another province or from abroad, a TM30 is not required. If return from a trip abroad and you enter with a new visa or visa exempt you would need to file a TM30 even if you were returning to your place of residence. Note there are always some immigration offices that play games and ignore the rules.

    OP, be aware that every entry to Thailand entities you to 60 day extension to visit wife. Point being married guys can rince and wash with a border bounce and reentry visa exempt.

    You are permitted 2 land border entries visa exempt per calendar year. So in your example of fly into Thailand visa exempt and two border runs it would be (from Oct 1) 45+30+45+30+45+30= 225.
