  1. You failed in your "gotcha" so now trying to be funny? Don't give up your day job.
  2. You also didn't realise you should read all 5 posts before trying to be smart.
  3. The video is nothing like the actual process. Granted it's two weeks old and the process is being developed, but better to work it out for yourself than go by what's shown above. Read the linked threads.
  4. Transfer fee is currently being discounted but it's unclear if this only applies to Thais. https://aseannow.com/topic/1357817-is-there-currently-a-discount-on-property-transfer-tax-at-land-office
  5. I arrived two weeks ago and yes, it was still available. It's not in the "old" place between the main arrival halls but instead is part of these same halls. I came from the west side of the terminal (Concourses E/F/G) and when you arrive at the ramp go to the far side of it and there's an area roped off labelled "Priority". Your boarding pass may be checked there. At the top of the ramp go to your right and you'll see the auto gates and just beyond these are the manned priority gates.
  6. 🤡🤡🤡🤡
  7. If you do go to MBK, I've been told the business named NASA has the best prices. You can check the prices on Facebook.
  8. The thread has been lying dormant for 6 years, what do you expect?
  9. As others have said, closed. Nothing permanent looking in the space but rows of table and chairs were in there as of a couple of days ago.
  10. I've just realised the article was from almost exactly a year ago (I thought April 2025 when I posted). There was a much more recent announcement, with similar figures IIRC, but can't remember if it stated it was exclusively for Thais this time. ETA: Here it is: https://property.bangkokpost.com/financing-and-advice/2998331/thailands-cabinet-approves-property-fee-cuts-to-support-struggling-sector-official-says
  11. Last week in the BP. https://www.bangkokpost.com/property/2773808/cabinet-endorses-property-stimulus
  12. Many airlines will book with a partner/codeshare to allow a single ticket purchase eg Qatar from Chiang Rai to London as per the pic. Saves you going with the likes of Kiwi who you don't want to have to deal with if anything goes wrong.
  13. What I see is: "+" package is ~ 10 baht/min (including subscription) "003" package is ~ 4 baht/min (including subscription) "00500" package was 2.5 baht/min but the AIS webpage detailing it says it expired in 2018 "005" package is 10 baht/min Where did you see the 2.5 baht/min cost?
  14. https://aseannow.com/topic/1357544-which-servicesapps-to-replicate-skypes-calling-to-us-landline-and-mobile-numbers
  15. I don't think it's the threads that are obnoxious, it's your responses to posts, especially if they are not directly addressing your question.
  16. What has DTAC ( a telecomms company) got to do with this thread about the Thai Digital Arrival Card or TDAC? 😜
  17. The site does not mention when it's to be done, only the press releases/anouncements etc. If you use the site it becomes obvious when you get to the arrival date field.
  18. Yes, the site is available in English. Did you try it yet and find the answer to your question?
  19. Do a dummy run on the website and all will be revealed. Hint - look for what arrival dates can be selected.
  20. Agreed, but you never mentioned the "and mode of transport" bit in your earlier post. I think it's fair to say it's still a Work in Progress.
  21. The airlines you mention are neither direct or non-stop except EVA. I don't know what site you were on but the page you have shown seems strange. No regular Thai airways ticket has a baggage allowance of 20 kgs (23 is the minimum for this route in Economy Class) and booking these flights direct from TG would currently price at 43,520 THB (or 1,294 USD equivalent). I realise prices fluctuate and this is still more expensive than you mention for the other airlines), but if the site you're using is that far out I'd be checking elsewhere. (Hope I've got the date/times right?)
  22. Incorrect. Also incorrect - highlight the entry and press backspace to remove it. You can then continue with the form.
  23. Indicates to me they were in the process of backtracking when I took the screenshot as the other three red asterisks have also gone now.
