  1. AIS and dtac/True have esims available on their websites.
  2. Aseannow DIY forum here: https://aseannow.com/forum/124-diy-forum/
  3. Why? Here's the one mentioned in the OP and the return from Bangkok. https://www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/ix178#386a6d6c https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/vt-bxo#386b05d8
  4. Do Roong Reuang even provide a service? This is on their website:
  5. It's an old thread but might give you some ideas. https://aseannow.com/topic/719388-granite-worktops/
  6. Around September 2006. I found a Pattaya Mail news story saying there was a Buddhist opening ceremony on Friday September 7th of that year.
  7. Someone posted a sign from one immigration office that said that but the official rule is 15 days up until the deadline.
  8. That entry refers to DTV rules. Change to 37563.pdf for VE60 related entry.
  9. Another refusal here when submitted online following a trip outside Thailand. Jomtien immigration office. No reason given this time which I have received in the past. This was also using a new account following the previous email address being discontinued, but not sure if that had any effect on the outcome.
  10. When you set up a new transfer in Revolut it asks for the country, currency, account number, BIC/Swift, First, middle and last names and an optional email address. Have you entered these?
  11. They can't. It's all explained here: https://wise.com/help/articles/2932335/guide-to-thb-transfers
  12. I think OP means the Cars For Sale (in Thailand) section. The Start New Topic button doesn't appear there for me either, using Firefox and Win11 on laptop.
  13. Yes, but I prefer to do my banking once a month and forget about it. Not enough gains to be had for the additional effort IMO. YMMV.
  14. I have GBP and THB accounts as I think they're created by default as I use these currencies, but balance is always zero as I use Wise purely as a transfer service. This is how they started out and I've just continued with the same arrangements.
  15. True's Thor sim was mentioned on here recently as being unlimited, 15Mbps and 2,899 THB.
  16. No, just a straight transfer from my home bank to my Thai bank using Wise as the processor.
  17. OP needs to give more details for any decent analysis. Value of transaction. Source Bank or institution. Recipient Bank. Method of funding. Reason for transfer. My guess is that it was either over 49,999 THB or the reason was for property purchase or long stay.
  18. OP. You have 10 images there from yesterday, but sorry I've never used it so don't know how to delete anything.
  19. When you apply online you enter your address. The system sends it to the appropriate office for processing based on that address. Note though that sandyf's experience was in mid 2023 and as has been explained to you, the system has changed since then.
  20. Mentioned a few posts up - keep your boarding passes. Not 100% guaranteed but a good base.
  21. I thnk the face scan system being referred to removes the need to show your boarding pass/passport from check-in/bag drop to boarding as identification is intended to be done by facial recognition. It's not the camera at the immigration checkpoint. The system was supposed to go live on December 1st but there's been no reports on here of it being operational since then. Did you experience that?
  22. Another option is to contact them on Facebook. I found them quite responsive on there when I broke the 100GB allowance a while back, when thinking I had unlimited. https://www.facebook.com/dtac/
  23. This minibus mentioned upthread seems still to be operating. Streetview
  24. Thailand has no such requirement for Canadian (and many other) passport holders. They only require it to be valid for the period of intended stay.
