  1. The co-owner he rents from is his landlord surely, and it sounds like that co-owner hasn't paid his mortgage (loan) and the bank is in the process of repossessing the condo?
  2. Not Thailand focussed, and written by an American I think, but this might be helpful for those needing an onward ticket in the future. https://www.visatraveler.com/blog/proof-of-onward-travel/
  3. You can go through fast track security and then pass through the door between the two areas to access the auto gates, but probably little, if anything, to be gained by this.
  4. Two Thais, a Sri Lankan and a Ukrainian. I make that 4 people but the thread title says 3.
  5. That information is probably contained in the Common Reporting Standard that both nations have signed up to so of course the Thai government will know. Whether they do anything about it is another matter.
  6. It's the law. They must wait on probate judgement from the courts AIUI. That's what tandor is asking about.
  7. That would be when it was "unfrozen". The poster is asking when it would be "frozen", probably hoping his/her partner has time to empty it first.
  8. You were only in your early 60s when this thread was last active. You should have gone then.
  9. Not entirely a waste of time as it guarantees you a seat on the bus you have booked. If you wait until you get there and join the queue to buy a ticket it could sell out before you reach the front of the queue. It was a waste of 24 baht booking fee however as it could have been booked direct with Roong Reaung for 141 baht all in. You would still have to queue at the desk to get the "real" ticket. https://rrcticket.com/customer/Webhome
  10. Follow my link and you'll see the three sub-forums and below them all the regular threads. If you alert a moderator to your OP here they can move it. Hit the report button to alert a moderator.
  11. Those are sub-forums within the Health and Medicine forum. You should ask a mod to move your thread to the more general forum. https://aseannow.com/forum/23-health-and-medicine/
  12. Google says - SYSG = Deposit System Generated. Also links to a few lists.
  13. Try Decathlon - they cover most sports.
  14. I know of two people in the past month who renewed their passports and succesfully reported their 90 days on-line. One UK passport and one USA, both approvals from Jomtien immigration. Yes, assuming your office allows this. ;)
  15. He's now reported the press conference was just immigration encouraging people to use the on-line system. He asked a few questions you can see in his report.
  16. U-Tapao to Tashkent is over the range of the Falcon 10 - no wonder it ran out of fuel.
  17. Someone else with what sounds like the same issue and a solution. https://aseannow.com/topic/1317499-just-picked-up-my-new-uk-passport-from-bkk/?do=findComment&comment=18631687
  18. Admin indicated the plugins would be done shortly after the recent maintenance so any time now surely.
  19. There's a new Cambodia on-line E arrival app which should be completed before you travel. I'm not sure of exactly what it needs but a mate who's there just now mentioned it.
  20. The airlines use a system called Timatic to check visa requirements and some of them provide an interface to the Timatic data. I like to use Emirates' one which can be found here: https://www.emirates.com/th/english/before-you-fly/visa-passport-information/visa-passport-information-results/?widgetheader=visa&nationality=se&destination=th The wording it uses is "Visitors who are visa exempt but do not hold return/onward tickets could be refused entry." As you have a visa this warning does not affect you.
