  1. Same as in industrial building, sports grounds train stations etc where there are turnstiles. There is a regular gate or doorway which security will open for you.
  2. This. Ours are on doors which would only be used to exit in an emergency.
  3. Even if the candidates fail to meet the criteria of making interesting and intelligent contributions like most of those mentioned so far?
  4. That reminded me of another one I've used. Keyfob plus fingerprint with the fingerprint recognition programming being done by security/admin.
  5. My place in the UK uses "glass bolts" on the inside. Easily broken for egress but secure enough to prevent access.
  6. From a few days ago: https://aseannow.com/topic/1311275-is-a-condominium-considered-private-property-here-and-are-there-trespassing-laws/?do=findComment&comment=18477722
  7. That's the rules. Without approval on time you should have done it in person.
  8. How many beers tonight then?
  9. Stick around. You'll soon find out he's not.
  10. I use these two for different camera types/locations in the UK and in Thailand. Never had any issue with accessing the cameras from anywhere as I thought that was a key purpose of having them?
  11. I only use the BBL version, but I've certainly seen other banks mentioned on here that offer it.
  12. Several reports of this recently but it seems quite random.
  13. Open the app on your phone, select "Cardless ATM" and login. Choose a pre-selected amount to withdraw or enter a custom amount. You then have an hour to find a BBL ATM. At the ATM select "Cardless Withdrawal" then Bangkok Bank. It'll dislay a QR code and the app will prompt you to scan this code. Your cash will then be dispensed. Choose an indoor ATM if possible as the sun on the screen can make reading the QR code difficult.
  14. Yes, if you are where I think you are. This is what I see using the app.
  15. Sounds like you're in the right place. It'll give you Wise account details for a GBP account on your profile. If it's the first time creating one it'll probably ask for a sample deposit and identity check.
  16. I've made several claims over the years but only one with Qatar and it was settled with the 600 Euro equivalent compensation with no issues. Different experience altogether.
  17. Please use your computer to the best of its abilities. Google found this: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/TTBOMK
  18. I was merely explaining the calculation, not commenting on the population of the survey. The newspaper headline mentions the Bangkok population (although not as the source of the data) but the previous surveys make no such distinction so your "Bwahahahahahahahaha" may be misplaced. Similarly, your extrapolation of your industrial estate to the whole of Thailand is just as likely to give biased results due to the limited demographic of the population.
  19. 1% margin of error means that if the survey says 40% are overweight then you can be 99% sure (in the example given) that the results over the full population would be between 39% and 41%.
  20. Emirates Skywaards Miles can also be used on several partner airlines if that's an option for you. I flew BKK-USM and back using them a few weeks ago.
  21. He could get it overseas (it's easy to get out unnoticed) so the entry stamp point is moot, but he would almost certainly not get back in, even with a new passport.
  22. Biometrics and personal data.
  23. A lot more information is needed before you'll get any informed replies. Origin of flight to Dubai being key as that will dictate any legal requirements. Also flight timing of the first flight, were they given boarding passes for both flights at the first check-in, was it on time, booked directly with the airline or through an agent etc.
