  1. What is the point of your post? Somebody had a credit card fraudulently used? That in itself is hardly news.
  2. Grammatical errors aside, even the concept of a person disguising themselves as a tourist seems absurd to me. How do you even do that? ????
  3. So the train manage to break the laws of physics? Impressive.
  4. He "singled out" married Thai women as that's the subject of the thread. It would have seemed a bit strange to say "[all] people need to grow, even lesbian mechanics" when the OP isn't married to a mechanic, lesbian or otherwise.
  5. Doesn't seem much of a con. Bob doesn't fancy his wife. He does, apparently, fancy this guy's wife. So a wife swap would seem to be a perfect situation for Bob. As long as we're all ignoring the elephant in the room, of course...
  6. I don't know the science so I'll have to assume that's correct.
  7. Is that in total, or on top of the standard 1,900 fee that applies to any extension? If it's in total then you're only paying 100bt for them to take the task off your hands, which is pretty okay. If it's in addition then I'd probably still pay it because it beats going to immigration yourself. Mind you I'd probably leave the country at least once per year so it most likely wouldn't apply to me anyway.
  8. You'd be surprised at the levels of denial that even some of the most seemingly bright people will afford themselves when it comes to family members bizarre behaviours.
  9. Grab is a brand name, not an occupation. (it's also already pre-translated)
  10. There's no way its possible to translate "taxi" to "food delivery driver". There must be another explanation ????
  11. Why would a customer's weight be an issue for a food delivery driver???
  12. I have never understood the concept of "holding allegiance" to any country simply because I was born there. A country is just a load of rocks with a load of people on top. I made no choice about which rock I was dropped on. If society could just ditch these ridiculous concepts, perhaps we could finally have a go at being civilized.
  13. Never be too quick to attribute malice to that which could just as easily be explained by incompetence.
  14. That was my question, too. I can't imagine there being any nutrients in chared body ash. For me the obvious way to give back to the earth would seem to be being burried straight into the ground without any kind of casket.
  15. It's interesting how some people apparently get attacked by them not just once, but apparently "a few times", yet most of us seem to manage to get through life without ever getting into such an altercation... ????
  16. There is no problem. If a foreigner over 50 wants to work abroad they need an appropriate visa. You can't get a work permit on a tourist visa. Why should a retirement visa be any different?
  17. I can't comment on how easily he will get a visa, but leaving the country for a wedding shouldn't be an issue; your son will just need to apply for a re-entry permit either from an immigration office or from the airport before he flies.
  18. They need to choose a different bike ????‍♂️?
  19. If they are all okay for a certain amount of time then fail then it sounds like the issue is with the mice themselves. Perhaps there's something about the way you use them or store them that is causing this to happen? Are you particularly heavy handed with your click action? Or are they being stored somewhere that could enable gunk to build up under the buttons? If you have access to another system I highly suggest that you try one of the mice on that to see if the issue persists. (edit.... I should really read a whole post before answering!) Yes this does seem odd.
  20. OP. While it's unlikely, it's not impossible that you have multiple broken mice. To be absolutely sure you need to try these mice on another system to see if they exhibit the same issue. Or if that's not possible buy the cheapest mouse you can find in 7/11 or anywhere and see if it exhibits the same behaviour brand new out of the box.
  21. A BT transceiver/dongle may or may not be needed depending on if the computer has one built into the chipset or not. The fact that Windows has built-in support for Bluetooth is irrelevant when coming to assess the need (or absence of a need) for a dongle. As the OP has already said he's using Bluetooth, and he would prefer not to take up a USB port with an additional dongle, it's safe to assume he is using a Bluetooth mouse and the Bluetooth is built in to his computer.
  22. Are you not going with him?
