@jimmybcool As an aside, and more relevant to a golf cart type EV, our E-MC, has NMC chemistry, I think, and I've seen estimates of 500-1200 cycles. That powers a 3000w motor. It's 3.5 yrs old, and really haven't any noticeable degradation. Probably has just <7k kms on it. I expect to get at least another 5 years out of the battery. Battery itself is 72v50Ah = 3.6kWh. New upgraded model is 73v58Ah, but LFP chemist4y👍 Have priced a LFP replacement between 15k-20k baht.

It will depend on the chemistry of the battery. Here's a comparison, old, and new chemistry (LFP), that most newer BEVs use. Supposedly a conservative estimate for LFP batteries, as some state, will last up to 10k cycles, so 2500 is pretty conservative, if not damn negative number. A cycle (1), if you don't already know is 100% charge. So if you run down to 50% one day, recharge, run again down to 50%, and recharge, you used 1 cycle. The red text, is 'our' car, and my ball park estimate of life, and still retaining 70 ish %, to be on the negative side. We average about 20k kms a year.

I have a hard time paying more than ฿60 for a Cappuccino or ฿50 for and Americano. Best local Cappuccino is only ฿35, but don't go there often, as they don't have pastry, and nothing to 'see' there. Since brother is here, somewhere, next week I might actually pop into StarCrap @ ICONSIAM, and more for the view than the coffee. Think a Cappuccino is ฿165, although, it's almost 3X the size of what locals serve up.

Comrade Mickey Stotch .. is the only one I watch, and not when he's in Bangkok, just doing food. When he's O&A in different places, like now, doing camping up North. Actually motivated me to pop up after rainy season starts; Chiang Rai, Fang, Golden Triangle. Haven't been above CR since 2009. Worse, it's always been smog season, so missed quite a quite. That will probably be my last trip up North, which I thought I had already done 🙄

Are high end smartphones worth the money (to you)?
KhunLA replied to impulse's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
Does come in quite handy. But agree, using it all the time ... hell no. I need proper websites with real info, not crappy mobile sites, along with a real mouse & real keyboard. Though speech to text comes in handy when I need to use the phone. -

Not far from reality, except they use "Aircraft aluminum speed tape" And in comes in a roll, similar to a roll of duct tape. Cracked my up, the first time I saw an AC mech. applying it -

If paying attention, I unplug mine once in the 80% range. Try not to go under 50% before plugging back in. Easy for me, as I really don't use a phone much, unless O&A. -

Just a note, for longer battery life, you probably shouldn't be charging to 100% all the time. -
A van in the top 5 is a bit of a surprise, especially starting at ~฿2M price point.

RFK Jr.’s Confirmation Hearings Prove He’s Unfit to Lead HHS
KhunLA replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Nah ... no worries. Only went from ~฿35 to ฿30 / $1 during his last administration. Can't see him repeating that again, especially with a <2% average inflation rate over 4 years. I can deal with a 15% loss. Just consider it a contribution to my brothers, still stuck in USA hell -

Anything that has a camera, and my preference is a Sony camera sensor in it. Also means, you don't have to go high end, as many manufacturers use Sony sensors. Even my low end POCO (Xiaomi) phone, and my main low end vid drone. "The POCO X3 and X3 NFC have quad rear camera set-up with 64-megapixels Sony Exmor IMX682" " SG906 Pro 2 review: ZLRC’s Best Drone Yet - 4K HDR camera with Sony IMX179 image sensor" Got to read the fine print when researching products you plan on buying -

Welcome to the US Congress ... part of a worldwide franchised, though may be branded differently in your motherland. Subsidiaries under the umbrella of 'Bilderberg - Davos Group Ltd' and puppeteering Parent Company of ???? -
You were doing fine till that last little snip... 🙄 Obviously the laughing emoji didn't clue you in to the comedy. No, I don't do mine's bigger than yours. Or have monetized content, or care or need to. Good hobby, but too much work for me in this late in the game. Want a lot of views, put 'adult content' in the title. The pervs, or not, will flock to your channel

Only if you are actually going to use the camera, as that is the price driver. Don't need a fancy camera, (or a brand name) then you don't need to pay 10X as much for a phone that does everything else just fine. -

All seemed manageable till the Vietnam War, when the realized how profitable war was. I mean seriously, took 15+ years to lose a war, with a country the size of California. All paid for by tax dollars they didn't have. Then add Clinton, letting everyone & anyone, unqualified, to borrow money for homes, they couldn't pay for. Then comes president cheney, oops, sorry, bush, and another 15 - 20 ish years of losing wars, all funded on borrowed money. Then obama, bailing out clinton's mistake, instead of letting FDIC do it's thing. Can't have the stockbrokers loosing money for their indiscretions. Then comes the idiot biden, selling out the tax payer, and sending more borrowed money everywhere. Add all that up, and you're now 35T in the hole, and somehow, your credit isn't cancelled. Go figure. While the populous is making criminals heroes, fighting over pronouns and President Trumps hair You can't make this sh!t up, and why I left when cheney, oops, I mean when bush was on the bridge of that sinking ship. They got 12 yrs to straighten it out, before the 'One World Globalist' take over.
