A friend of mine died about a year ago. A few months later, his Thai wife asked me to help renew her PP. I read somewhere that for the heart it is best to sleep on your left side. I mostly sleep on my right, a pillow helps. I had GERD bad for months years ago. I did most of the things that were supposed to help, I took over-the-counter meds, and prescription meds, ate bland foods, and started sleeping in the LazyBoy. None of it helped. Then a nurse told me to stop taking the meds and just carry a bottle of water with me and just SIP throughout the day. I don't know why but in around 3 weeks it was gone and never came back.
