  1. As far as I know it is still available 24 hours a day. The desk for them is after departure immigration.
  2. The only thing you can do is change to a different category for a new extension of stay. That should be done when your divorce is finalized.
  3. You left part of it out. A itinerary does not mean you ot show them a ticket. But I don't think it will be asked for.
  4. You will also be canceling your extension of stay based upon working before applying for the 60 day extension. Requirements for the 60 day extension are here by clicking on number 24. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=1890 Some offices may have more requirements such as a updated Kor Ror 2 marriage registry.
  5. They have issued them in the past and I don't think they have changed the info since then.
  6. I cannot say why it is not on list for the e visa as well as several others. Evidently those not listed are not equipped to accept the e visa.
  7. That is correct. The 400k baht needs to be in the bank for 2 months on day he applies for the extension. If the transfer was sent today and it was received on Monday immigration might accept if all of his transfers have normally came in be the end of the month. He would still need to another transfer in October.
  8. You can apply for a 30 day extension of your 30 day visa exempt entry. Info for the tourist visa can be found on this webpage. https://thaivisavientiane.com/#
  9. There is no form needed to have your extension of stay canceled. Immigration does not cancel visas.
  10. You can apply for the 60 day extension of your stay from a non-b visa. No need for any financial proof.
  11. Yes But to get the last 90 day entry from your visa before it expires you you probably would not want to get another 60 day extension.
  12. You can get a work permit with a non-o visa based upon marriage to or the parent of a Thai. You can do the entry for a new 90 day entry by air or land at any border crossing. To avoid doing a border run every 90 days you can apply for a 60 day extension to visit you wife or child for every 90 days from your visa.
  13. There is no requirement to prove the 800k baht came from aboard for a extension of stay. It is only needed to apply for a non-o visa at immigration.
  14. Nothing new for mine. Got a one month update for my missing mail request this week. Waiting for the 2nd request mail to know what happened to my 7162 or maybe it will suddenly reappear when they get around to getting it out of the bag or box it is in.
  15. Did you have all of the supporting documents for the non-o visa for your wife? See: https://vientiane.thaiembassy.org/non-o-visa/
  16. You can apply for another 90 day extension with supporting documents from hospital and doctor.
  17. I have removed your post. You must be clicking quote instead of the this in the top right corner of your post. That gives you a drop down menu to choose
  18. If you are already have a Thai Elite visa it will not be affected by having a previous non-o visa and extension of it based upon volunteer work.
  19. You could apply for a 30 day extension of your tourist visa or visa exempt entry on the same day you apply for the non-b visa unless you have already gotten one. You could apply for a non-b visa on the same day your arrive in Laos if you arrive at the embassy or consulate before they stop accepting applications at 12am or earlier. For Vientian you must make an appointment to apply. See: https://thaivisavientiane.com/
  20. As far as I know the order allowing for STV visas has not been extended beyond today.
  21. To use the income option you will need to prove 12 months of transfers into a Thai bank from abroad that are no less than 40k baht. In the written rules it states 2 or 3 months can be accepted but most immigration office will not accept less than 12 months. t
