Need a specialist? First see your GP in a month, then get referred to the specialist where you might get an initial consult in 6 months. Then if you need some procedure you can wait years. The picture you posted shows a combo box that does 2 things. First it's a power bar. Second its a usb power adapter. The power bar part is usable. Amps are what's important there, not volts. My take on it is a bit different than the standard view. The Thai woman is not necessarily playing the long game. She may be just what you're looking for and genuine.
