Iran Acknowledges Major Damage to Nuclear Facilities Amid Strained Diplomacy
Yes, because the Iranians are obviously going to agree to allow Israelis into their country to inspect their nuclear sites.

Is Melatonin Unavailable in Thailand Now?
Melatonin is not addictive. It is not associated with physical dependency or withdrawal symptoms. Addiction involves changes to brain circuitry and is marked by compulsive drug seeking and use, despite negative consequences. These are not behaviours associated with melatonin. However, some people may develop a psychological dependence on melatonin, meaning they feel they need it to fall asleep, and find it difficult to get to sleep without it. In the UK, there is a non-addictive anti-depressant called Trazodone that is available on the NHS. According to the NHS info page on this drug: https://www.nhs.uk/medicines/trazodone/common-questions-about-trazodone/ So while it can help you sleep when you're taking it, it can make it more difficult to sleep when you stop. So a mixed benefit, apparently.

Is Sharia Law next?
Of course this doesn't mean Sharia is next. That's akin to saying that because red is a colour commonly associated with communism, having red in a state flag means you're just a step away from the state becoming communist. It's a logical fallacy.

Travel to the uk
That's what @hotandsticky was advising. But at check in, you show the British passport. If you show the Thai one, they'll ask where his visa to enter the UK is.

US CDC report shows no link between thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism
(Reuters) - The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention posted a report on Tuesday that said evidence does not support a link between thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism or other neurodevelopmental disorders, ahead of a two-day meeting of an advisory panel later this week. https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/other/us-cdc-report-shows-no-link-between-thimerosal-containing-vaccines-and-autism/ar-AA1HljK0

Do u know the difference speaking thai..Laos.. Khmer
It depends on what you mean by "almost the same." As mentioned in the post by @fredwiggy, they: I have known both Thai people from Isan and Lao people who, while not speaking the other's language formally, can understand each other perfectly well. So for a native speaker of either language, it would seem they are pretty close.

ICE vs EV, the debate thread
BYD is already going all in on that investment. They've installed over 500 of them in China so far and the number will rise to thousands by next year. They intend to start installing them in Europe next year as well. BYD’s new EV flash chargers are as fast as petrol pumps – here’s when they’re arriving in the UK https://www.independent.co.uk/cars/electric-vehicles/byd-electric-car-fast-flash-charging-b2768732.html

Perhaps I've put it in slightly different terms to make it clearer, but it's the same information.

ICE vs EV, the debate thread
As BYD starts to implement their solid state battery technology (they've already started testing it in BYD Seal models) it seems two of the main objections of EV sceptics could be poised to disappear - range anxiety and charging time. BYD is testing solid-state EV batteries in its Seal sedan with nearly 1,200 miles of range https://electrek.co/2025/06/20/byd-tests-solid-state-batteries-seal-ev-with-1000-miles-range/ While the batteries are only in the testing phase now, BYD expects to start selling vehicles with them in, by 2027.

What to do in a Sisaket village for a week?
I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. As I said, the Kuy language name that the people themselves use, is Kuy. Suay is an exonym (used mainly by Thai people) to refer to them. It's very similar to the names used for the various hill tribes - the tribes call themselves by one name, the Thais use a different name (again, an exonym). I don't believe anything I have said contradicts what you're saying.
-
What to do in a Sisaket village for a week?
It's not an incorrect pronunciation, it's a different word altogether. Whereas Kuy (Gui) in the Kuy language means "people" or "human being", Suay is an exonym (a name used by people outside the group) meaning, "those who pay tribute."

Trump Hesitates on New Russia Sanctions, Urges Europe to Take the Lead
The Europeans have been "doing it" (imposing sanctions on Russia) for years and they continue to do so. Their latest sanctions package was unveiled on 20 May this year. Trump wanted a military spectacle for his parade. Instead, he got a history lesson
Many will (and have) not. Since Bezos started changing how the paper reports on politics, hundreds of thousands of readers have cancelled their subscriptions. Putin Humiliates Trump With Massive Strike That Kills an American
How is Russia "winning this invasion"? By the end of 2023, they'd lost approximately 60% of the territory they took during the first months of the war and since the invasion began, they've lost over a million soldiers. Ukraine Maps: Tracking the Russian Invasion https://share.google/GNtf2RyLehZLGqUtA It's true that over last year or so, they've managed to make some relatively minor gains of Ukrainian territory, but again with massive losses of men and equipment. The war had been effectively at a stalemate for over a year now - no-one is "winning."

Is Giffgaff a good UK sim card for a short visit for internet use
I used to use Giffgaff - it worked fine for OTP's in Thailand but I found the network coverage rather patchy when in the UK. So I Just switched to Smarty which (according to a comparative website I looked at) has better network coverage. It also had a slightly cheaper data package for their minimum amount (I don't use a lot of data when I'm in the UK). Didn't check their bigger, or unlimited data packages as that's not what I require. According to their website, a Smarty SIM works abroad just like a Giffgaff one: "Travelling outside the EU Pay as you go. Get what you don’t use back. Buy “Out of plan” add-ons, then pay as you go. You only pay for what you use, and not a penny more." https://smarty.co.uk/roaming I hope it works in Thailand as well as Giffgaff did - I'll be highly miffed if it doesn't.

Using a photo older than 6 months ( for visa extension)
This - I've been using the same personal photos for everything immigration-related for at least five years. Sometimes in the past, I've used photos that were even older. Unless you tell them when the photos were taken, how would they know? Most people don't change all that drastically over the space of a few years - and certainly not in 6 months.

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
But again, this has nothing to do with the car being an EV. Petrol driven cars have the same kinds of features in their in-built software. Although on my ICE model car, when there's an upgrade to the software available, I'm given the option of downloading it or not. My niece had the same model car as mine but the EV version and hers didn't force the updates either.

Cardiprin 100 mg (Aspirin)
Well I don't know about anyone else but after I realised how quickly they deteriorate if kept in a drawer or on the counter top, I started keeping all my medicines (that I know won't be consumed within a week or so) in the fridge.
