Was a bit strenuous (two or three attempts with uploading of ID and selfie) but in the end it worked. Otherwise you have to do at some DTAC service point. The DTAC app is useful to check usage/phone credit...

With such a budget, I would book a >90 m2< suite with seaview at Sandy Spring, Soi 13. Just over 3000/night (seems breakfast not included). If their breakfast offerings are not satisfying for you, a short walk over 2nd road to Casa Pascal. If that is not good enough I am finished...

No tests pre departure, no test after arrival, no hotel reservation. You arrive, your documents and QR are checked and you are free to go where you want. Your decision to relax in Bangkok or continue north.

I am sceptic. I searched about *731 and what I find, says "*731*1#" turns off paid SMS subscriptions ? Sounds like a different topic? Some three months ago I had the similar problem not receiving an SMS from a German bank. Cost me a lot of trouble with activating their safety feature on a new mobile phone (in the end had a letter to be sent).

1000 Baht is about 22 liters of 95. How big is your tank? Not unusual that they squeeze in to the next 100. I rarely ask for "tem tang" (fill up) because I hate when they spill fuel. Most always I say an amount like 800, 1000 or so depending on fuel gauge reading.
