It has become rare that I noticed this. Probably still on TV and radio? Possible reasons are obvious to me but should better not be discussed in depth here.

Phuket to scrap COVID tests for vaccinated local tourists
KhunBENQ replied to snoop1130's topic in Phuket News
And what is the result of their consideration? Many have received this combination. Totally confusing as this combination was on their list since long. Wish I could find a readable version of the image. -

If you are looking for a local source (pharmacy or the like), it would help to know where you live.

What speeds are you getting on 4G/5G?
KhunBENQ replied to FarangFB's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
Are they seriously advertising 1Gbps for a mobile package??? What exact type is your phone? Would you really expect a noticeable/visible difference between xxx Mbps speeds on a mobile phone? Sorry to say, but this is pure marketing jingle. Real world speeds on video/streams are in the range up to 25 Mbps. I have seen some report of the 5G introduction in Germany. A Telekom engineer managed to get some 9xx Mbps on a speedtest. He was standing just below the transmitter (radio cell), latest high end phone and being the only user. You share bandwidth with multiple users on a radio cell and will rarely reach the theoretical limit. Most of the current 5G is going through a 4G/LTE backend (not only in Thailand). Full 5G infrastructure all through the network in Thailand? I doubt it already exists. Yes, cancel the 5G. I would not spend a single Baht extra for that fancy label. -
Used them three times. Fully satisfied. Seems no one available to fix their website. It's a common error, their security certificate has expired 22 Sep 2021. I ignored it and the website looks unchanged. 1000 Baht with a limousine. I hope that the service as such still works.

Fuel Consumption in Thailand Sees Plunge of 4.4% in First Eight Months

Might rise over 100 USD. Gasohol price on the way to 40 Baht. -
Fuel Consumption in Thailand Sees Plunge of 4.4% in First Eight Months

They don't get discounts on oil. Oil and gas prices going up steep worldwide. French government intervening/regulating. More to come. Thai government doing the usual: capping Diesel price using funds from other fuels. -
From the picture it is: "Monoclonal antibodies". My guess: https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/astrazenecas-covid-19-antibody-therapy-meets-main-goal-late-study-2021-08-20/ Bloody expensive as far as I remember (there was previous news about this donation, not that hot from the press). More than 60000 Baht per treatment?

90 day report online is working ?
KhunBENQ replied to Monkeyrobot's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Tomorrow (Monday)? Not quite. But now, Tuesday Oct 5, 2021 11:46 it is online. Status check worked OK. -
Lot of rubbish in this thread. At least for EUR to THB and that's all I can describe. There are actually four different methods to send. Three of them are shown on their site, nothing "hidden" (rubbish). All fees are different not same same (more rubbish). The three methods as shown on their site: The fourth and cheapest method is sending from an account that you have set up with WISE (in my case some Belgian account, not my country). (of course you need to fund that account by some transfer from your account which is free within SEPA). I had sent 2000 EUR just an hour ago and will get 78017 Baht. So would be about 39000 Baht for 1000 EUR right now.

I remember misc "no longer supported" announcements for very old (in terms of smartphones) versions. But only the topic starter can shed light on that.

90 day report online is working ?
KhunBENQ replied to Monkeyrobot's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Yes, down again. And when did I do my report (completed)? Yesterday Sometimes I earn some luck Be optimistic and hope that the crashed system is recovered tomorrow. -
Same to me. To me it really sounds the OP has more problems with his smartphone than only LINE?

Visiting the elderly/handicapped/bedridden. Well, good effort but why they can't use a proper EMS or other van? Looks a bit like a PR stunt? At the vaccination here in the subdistrict a whole armada of vehicles and staff came from the district hospital. Incl. computers/monitors, mobile router and UPS to do the registration and such. And except for the bedridden everyone found someone to help with transport (max 2 km to the health station).

NBTC cracks down on SMS scams, phishing calls
KhunBENQ replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Unsolicited automated calls is the only plague that I have. Some shouting female voice and... block. Just checked: 24 phone numbers in my blocking list. But it's so easy for them to use another number. A mate get's strange SMSs, looks like links to online game stuff? One had a link to a LINE account offering "erotic massage" (you know what it means) in Khon Kaen . -
Yes, hidden under a sticker you see the Korean company. Distributed through Roche and a German consulting company. Expensive when I bought them (5 for 1200). From a previous thread:
