You've reminded me of a remark by a Scottish mining engineer back in the sixties when an Egyptian co-worker in Port Hedland managed to roll a Land Rover. Totally agree.. I think she skipped off home in a hurry to change.
What on earth was the speeding car doing, obviously engaged in something other than looking out the front windscreen?

I view all these U-turns as potential accidents waiting to happen.

I will not speculate that the black car driver was anything but not paying attention

and then being an idiot when they realized they had stopped traffic  ahead of them.

Lucky lady. Hope the black car driver was charged for that crash.
