I like Egyptian toilets - they have a spray that you fire up your bum, just turn the tap at the side of the toilet and instant bum cleanliness!

You have to check before you use though, for trajectory and strength. I remember checking the one at the Sphinx KFC and the jet was so powerful that it blasted over my shoulder and hit the door!

Don't know when the Japanese first tested that idea but toilets in Shiphol Amsterdam have had a sticker with a fly to aim for since the late eighties.
