I think that you can get vaccination at any bigger government hospital.

Thailand is classified by WHO as one of the 22 countries in the world with the highest TB burden. With a population of nearly 67 million, Thailand has about 93,000 new cases each year and an overall estimated TB prevalence of nearly 130,000 cases, 16 per cent of whom are also HIV positive. These figures are further complicated by the growing threat of drug resistant TB.

I don't think it's time to panic, please read some important information here:

There is no effective vaccine against pulmonary TB.

The BCG vaccine which affords partial protection against extrapulmonary TB, is recommended only for infants and children.

TB is in by no means rampant in  Thailand, and is largely found in specific high risk groups. It is mainly found in people who are immunocompromised (HIV etc), undernourished, or living in extremly crowded unhygienic conditions (e.g. prisons - many prisoners also fall into the first 2 categories as well).

Contrary to what many people assume, TB is not very easily caught by a person with a healthy immune system, it generally takes sustained close  exposure to someone with infectious pulmonary e.g. living in same household.

Can you imagine how that would effect the Thai tourist industry if that was highlighted?

There was a poster on here a few years ago who caught TB in Thailand and went back to the UK for treatment.

Unfortunately it was unsuccessful and she died. So despite antibiotics being available, people can still die from it.
