Does True returning fixed line business to TOT include business VoIP?

Hi

 

I am setting up a new business soon and looking to use VoIP telephony. I see that True offers its own VoIP service but I heard that they will be passing their services over to TOT to handle. Does anyone know if this includes their VoIP service as I do not really want to have my VoIP handled by TOT.

 

Any information would be really appreciated!
