Anyone installed them on their aircon in Thailand ?

I brought a couple of the Nest Dropcams from the states. Their software explicitly doesn't support Thailand, although you can trick them by setting them up as if you're in Australia or China, but they still won't support the local Thai time zone. My understanding is the Nest Thermostat replaces the global house thermostat which is common in US homes, but aren't those things rarely (if ever) used in Thai homes?

Cheers.... have the cams too and had same issue. I set it up for a time in US opposite ours, , might try the china trick
