Register 26 old Luk Krueng in tabien baan with thai birth certificate

Hello there,

I got my thai birth certificate from the embassy this year and would like to register me in my mothers tabien baan for my thai ID.

So i went with my mother to the amphoe and showed them my birth certificate and they took copy from everything and talked to my mother for a few minutes.
They are all confused and dont know to handle that case because i can not speak thai and was born in germany. They told us to come next day with the headmen of the village to witness that i´m the child of my mother.

 

One day later
The employee who did the interview on the headmen told us to wait now and he will give us a call. Everything should done step by step he said.

That was 2 weeks ago and no response from the amphoe. I guess I can wait forever if i want to do that there.

Is that normal that it takes so much time for a registration?

I know 2 Luk Krueng in pattaya who did the first registration in one day and got handed out the thai ID´s

What others options do i have? Is there any other place where i can register? A Tabien Baan service agent or something like this? All other relatives are in my mothers Tabien Baan.
