BANGKOK — The patchy rainfall that lashed capital city commuters Monday morning will continue throughout the week and be especially felt in several provinces that flooded over the weekend.

 

On Saturday, flooding in the southern province of Trang inundated more than 300 homes after six hours of rain, while two hours of heavy rain in Pathum Thani, north of Bangkok, flooded major roads and markets.
