Koh Tao: Let's rent a boat, gear from H2o and go ourselves for a trip. Why pay 100$ per day when you can make it as cheap as 30$. Yep - 20$ rent 2 tanks and gear, 10$ for a cheap boat to get us to some diving spot. PM me
