3BB Fiber optic router - unable to login

Problem just started today. When I enter 192.168.1.1 into the address field of any browser, the 3BB Router login page isn't displayed - I get the message 'No Data Sent' or equivalent. 

 

I spoke to 3BB but didn't get anywhere - was told to switch on the wifi via the switch on the right-hand side. That's all well & good but I want to get into the router settings - which I was able to do up until today. I've turned off the computer & router and rebooted, but can't get in.

 

Anyone have any ideas ??

Please disregard my post and close this post. My other PC (a laptop) is working just fine. Something has gone awry on my main computer.
