i seem to recall a tv article this past year where a politician was at an event and they had many naked pretties waking around.. it was filmed by a thai secretly.. i do not recall the BIB seeking this man out for charges of posting that vdo of those ladies naked without their expressed permission.

Just had some delicious seafood with a no less delicious Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc, so being a bit high I will try to answer. 

 

Dunno who you are but you come across like some of brown shirted red necks to whom we used to give the finger in the sixties..

 

If one tries to summarize this thread one could say there are three trends:

 

- Those who say the creepy Frenchman did-it, he must be hanged, you amongst others;

- Those who say there must be proof he did it, someone else could have done it, myself with a few others;

- Those who go off checking style, grammar and spelling.

 

So if you read my handful of posts on this thread you'd you see that I said exactly that:

 

- a few sexy pictures, maybe pornographic, no one has seen yet, on FB  is not such a big thing,

- this poor sod of a frenchman is innocent, unless proven guilty, unfortunately T.I.T,

- one could imagine a variety of scenarii having lead of the FB posting.

 

So I let you watch yourself in the mirror, whether you life handed or right handed, chanting I am right, I am right, I am right... until you reach extasys.

Your “theory” about some mystery Thai bf posting the pictures is still nonsense. 

 

However, is nice to be called a facist as opposed to a lefty liberal dogooder.

Although no one is saying tht he should be "hanged".

I do believe that he did it and he should face the appropriate punishment , if any evidance comes to light which suggests that he didnt do it, then I may change my mind .

   You say that no one has seen the photos, what you mean is that no one on TV has seen the photos, the photos have been seen by all her FB freinds

You see, the way you phrase it you imply that you have seen evidence that proves he has committed was he is being accused of. As far as I am concerned I have no idea, therefore I MUST consider him as innocent. 

 

What is frightening is that your quoted sentence translates exactly into "your are guilty unless proven innocent". And since you have here a large group of posters who seem to agree with you, one may wonder where our world is going.

We here are not the Judge and we are not the Police .

He isnt on trial before the TV Court

I am not officially finding him to be guilty and sentencing to two years in jail.

That is down to the Thai authorities to decide those issues

They can investigate, interview all concerned and then come to a conclusion.

Its just my opinion that he did it

Yes, he is innocent until proven guilty as far as the law goes

But, I am not the law and its just my opinion
