Where to get a medical certificate in Pattaya?

Featured Replies

I'm sorting out a Thai driving license for myself and wondering if anyone out there has got a medical certificate done in Pattaya lately? And how much should I expect to pay for this?

Any doctor's clinic.

Cost should be from about 70B upwards but as a farang you may be asked for much more. Negotiate. 100B would be fair.

They are unlikely to do more than ask how you feel, and perhaps take your blood pressure. Often you dont even see a doctor, just a nurse or assistant.

Any medical clinic, so I would go to one near/convenient to you. I have had 5 or 6 here over the years and never have I seen the doctor. Most of the time a nurse took my temperature and bp but sometimes absolutely nothing, just pay. I've paid 100-150 baht in the past.
