I am looking for a safe place to park motorcycle in Mae Sai when I am doing a visit to Myanmar.

There is a few parking lots in the market area.
I use the one about mid market it's in a small Soi, there is a restaurant on the corner of that Soi. Head 40 meters north down the Soi, it's at the end on the right. Owner and his wife speak English.

There's several parks for day trippers, I use the one where you go left of border immigration then turn left into the market, it's a 50m down on your right.

If you're looking for longer term parking such as overnight you could try the Wang Thong hotel carpark, there's a security guard there and he may accept care of it for a consideration.
