The traffic outside Siam Paragon and Ratchaprasong area will be partially closed to make way for the “Amazing Thailand Tourism Year 2018” parade from 5pm – 9pm, local media reported today.

Conveniently scheduled during rush hour, the traffic of two major roads, Rama I and Ratchadamri, will be partially shut down. The closure of Rama I Road will start from Pathumwan Intersection on the side of Siam Discovery shopping mall all the way to Ratchaprasong Intersection.

Even without the parade I would never venture in Bangkok trafic, above all on rush hour !!....

Long live the BTS....at least they don't suffer from suprises in their brakes !!

So what are they going to parade? All the school teachers who abuse the kids and bent bib would be nice>

That's why I always sit or stand near some chubby overweights....they could serve as useful airbags just in case...:giggle:
