These are pretty decent reviews..... 4 outta 5 ain't bad.

Btw, don't you always emphasize how older buildings in Bangkok are best value? This looks like a fantastic deal to me.

Old buildings are not the problems. The world's oldest profession is...

It's a hookers and cheap Charlie mongers hangout :)? I mean....so is the Sheraton across the street.

Ok.....what about cash flow? I mean all area around terminal 21 is the same.

If it's a money maker I wouldn't care.

You can't beat the western-styled layouts in the building.  The older buildings (1980s) were built with farangs in mind.

None of this 60 sq. m, 2 bdrm. crap.  The views on the higher floors are spectacular, too.

Too many short-time residents, tho.  Has a hotel-like atmosphere.

That is S. Suite on soi 13. The OP mentioned S. Suites (with the "s") at the Asoke intersection. I also thought Sukhumvit Suites was just a hotel.

Maybe the OP can clarify what building he is looking at.

What are you going on about?

Yeah if you want to live around all the West African scammers and Black Hookers, wait a year, and the prices will go down even more, it will get worse.  Easy to buy, will be hard as hell to sell.

I also see many trying to sell at Omni Towers for the same reason.

It's a busy foyer

I used to stay in the Omni up until about five years ago, I checked in and the room next to me had about 10 Indians or Bangladeshi's living in there - I checked out the next day and haven't been back since.

That tall tower in the background? It's only 20 years old, but look over 40.
