Utapao airport car park, easy to find where to park now ?

Featured Replies

hello,

Can you confirm that in the afternoon it is easy to find where to park at utapao airport now ? since they have a new car park...

no need to go early ?

And price is still 140 thb / day ?

Thanks.

There was a Kev-in-Thailand youtube video of a couple(?) of months back that included a short mention of the new long term carpark at Utapao. From memory it seems very easy to get to and was quite close to the other carpark. He mentioned a price and your figure of Bt140/day does ring a bell with me.

Last time I passed through maybe 6 weeks ago, the new car park was open, opposite the new (arrivals) terminal. However, the  signage indicated that the entrance and exit in use back then were temporary but quite easy to work out... like making ones exit through the 'entry' and things like that. It's not busy so no need to rush, can't get lost, etc..

Can I park my motorbike there? Anybody know how much per day is it?

  • 1 month later...

I am interested in motorbike parking too. Does anybody know if I can leave my bike at the U-Tapao Airport parking?

And what the price?

I noticed that quite a few locals had just parked up on the side of the road that leads to the terminal building.

There were no road markings or signage that I could see to indicate that parking was not allowed.
