Only got the ( , no square ones like above. Sorry to sound stupid. :o

If you are using a Thai keyboard the square brackets [ ] should be the two buttons immediately to the right of the P button.

No need to press Shift or Alt before.

I am using an American English keyboard and my [ ] keys are on the right hand side next to the P with the { } on the same key using the shift.

Thx, SBK, but I got a Danish keyboard: to the right of the P is Å and ¨, so I can't find that sq. bracket? Thank for your help, I'm not too computer savvy. You ever see one, Meadish?

THX for all your help, and this is a Mac.

Hi Jens, if Danish keyboards are like Swedish ones, then you could try pressing AltGr and 8 for [ and AltGr and 9 for ] .

Or if the keyboard has no 'AltGr' button, press Alt + Ctrl + 8 for [ and Alt + Ctrl + 9 for ] .

It's just that it was so easy before and now we have to sort all those parantheses and dots out...

Ah, well i shall get it in the end....

Mine is not a querty keyboard it is a quertz and then i have all the funny french e's and a's and o's to contend with - life was never meant to be easy!!

It's when you haven't learn about computers, I started cold and then new stuff comes along after you got things down!! YEA, LIFE wasn't mean't to be easy! AHH WELL!

Can this be seen?

Ok take this number here r27xWHiu930 and use the [ ] youtube and [ ] /youtube with the number in between

like so, but without the spaces: [ youtube]r27xWHiu930[ /youtube]

I knew that there were different keybroads for different languages, just not for American and British english.

Gotta love Wiki

Looks like Control 8 for [ and control 9 for ] with the Danish keyboard

Actually it is AltGr + 8 and 9 (notice the the colour coding...).

The AltGr button on Scandinavian keyboards is equivalent to pressing Ctrl + Alt at the same time.

Can this be seen?

Exactly. You need to erase everything up until the = sign.

1. So, you have this URL:

2. Erase everything up until the = sign. Result:

3. Add the youtube tags around the result.

The opening tag looks like this: [ youtube ] and the finishing tag is [ /youtube ] (but remove all spaces). Before you post, check that your post looks like this:

[ youtube ]

[ /youtube ]

But remember there should be no spaces. They are just here so I can post what the tags look like.

Great! glad to be of help. And I learned something new about keyboards :o
