I have a TM28 receipt in my passport from about three years ago, when I was on a retirement extension of stay.

I've been on a non-imm multi-entry for the past year and a bit but I will be applying for a new extension of stay (retirement) this month.

The question is, will I require a new TM28 or will the old one suffice? My address has not changed. I'll be applying at Phuket.

You will not need a new TM28 since that is only needed if you change your address.

The probably want you to register your address by submitting a TM30 form or their special form they have.

Sorry, I meant a TM30. Get confused with all these numbers.

That is the one for which I have a receipt. I think I'll err on the safe side and take one with me.
