Eyelash Tinting In Sukhumvit Area?

Featured Replies

I've had my eyelashes tinted black in Khao San Rd before but can't seem to find anywhere locally (Sukhumvit) that will do it. Anyone got any recommendations?

Bellatrix, I was reading about a new procedure in the US--eyelash extensions. Seems you do it once for the full extension (which is the expensive part) and then after that , you only need to have maintenance visits every month or so. Seems you don't need tinting or mascara and you have long beautiful eyelashes.

I wonder if its available in Thailand yet? I am intrigued since I have short eyelashes and mascara always runs :o

There are places that do it here - in fact one of the places I went in to ask about tinting quoted me 900 baht and I was like <deleted>? 900 baht for tinting? But then I realised it was for extensions... that was in Suk Soi 22 if I recall correctly. I already have quite long eyelashes, but the tips are blonde so they look shorter than they are - hence why I want them tinted again. (And because I don't have the time or the inclination to apply and remove mascara on a daily basis between training sessions)

How much did the tinting cost you when you did it at KSR? And how long does it last?

I am assuming you could have it done around the MBK area, there are quite a few big salons there. But since I haven't ever looked, couldn't say for sure.

It cost me 250 baht at KSR, lasted about 4 weeks I'd say.

I might try around MBK, I guess it will only be the more tourist/farang oriented places that will do it, since there wouldn't be too many Thais needing their eyelash colour changed to black :o

Panipa do it, they can perm your eyelashes too :o . Not sure how much it costs though.

the salon i go to in sukhumvit 10 might do it? im not sure...they do eyebrow colour change....not sure what tinting involves...but they are good in what they do. give them a call to find out?

the place is called khun tuptim, tel 02 251 8743. not all staff may speak english, but ask for Khun Tuptim herself, and she will be able to give you some info :o
