place to stay less than 10k/month BKK WANTED

Hi,

 

I am looking for a safe and clean place to stay for a month or 2 in bkk close to BTS or MRT so I can use it as a base to explore BKK. I am long term resident in Thailand (have retirment Visa), from England. Starting mid January. I want rent less than 10k baht/month.

 

Ideally it will be:_

  • Monthly rental
  • Basic furnishing - bed, fridge, fan, shower, tv
  • Have access to coin operated washing machine in building or nearby
  • Secure motorbike parking
  • Secure room
  • Sensible walking distance to BTS or MRT station.
  • Internet connection that is usable

 

I want to deal directly with owner
