All the big hotels will have and just a matter of budget. Dharma Dhevi and 4 seasons will run you 13,000baht/head but that does include a bottle of champagne per couple, or maybe that was a crate? Table for 4 Sir?

 

 

With attractions? Maybe Khum Khantoke would fit the bill? Music, dancing, food, drinks, khom loy....
