Skoda Repair Garage required

I have a Skoda Octavia 2.0 with siezed engine. Does anyone know where I can get it repaired or replaced. I currently live just outside Pattaya.

Never used this place myself as I stick with Japanese cars in Thailand but I heard of a garage in Pattaya that is good with European cars, and is owned by a Swiss guy, located here, I think he posts on here sometimes, user name 'stingray'
