Just about anywhere in Thailand. It would help if you said where you live.

Yes. Pretty common if you check your local area. What are harder to find are the topping out red bricks for the above . These have the same dimensions but no holes on the top side. For some reason where I live in Phetchabun you can only get the ones show in the picture. Had to go to Nonthaburi for the others.

Here they make them and sell them, but, of course, it may be nowhere near where you live...
