Chumphon Police finally take action in case of six students who took younger schoolgirls to rape in a hotel

Police in Chumphon have finally taken action after complaints stretching back to the beginning of December regarding an attempted gang rape by teenagers on younger pupils at a hotel.

 

In December it was reported that 10 M2 students (Year 9) at a Lang Suan school had taken three females from the M1 level to a hotel.

 

The girls had just managed to escape being raped.

 

The girls told parents who went to police but action was slow. The parents had to appeal to the provincial cops to intervene.

 

Cops in Lang Suan said yesterday that charges had been laid against six boys and one female for abduction, illegal imprisonment and attempted and actual molestation.

 

Earlier warrants had been issued by the Juvenile and Family court.

 

All suspects were bailed.

 

Thai media reported that the incident happened when the students sneaked out of school on December 4th.

 

The hotel where they went is also under investigation for allowing minors in.

The boys obviously missed out on Sunday school.

This headline and story are as disgusting as this so called police force....amazing that the courts listen to this scum.

More like, how many of the alleged sex crime predators were related to connected officials. Someone is related to someone.

they are going to regret what they did. it's a different kind of justice in this neck of the woods. but don't think that they got away with anything. they didn't

The students shouldn't be taking younger girls to the hotel room.  They are only asking for trouble ...

No, they're asking for fun.  Why the girls went if they weren't after the same thing I don't know.  Could they really be that naïve?
