Where I can buy Veenat100 cancer medicine in Thailand.?

Imatinib is available in Thailand under brand names:

Glivac

Alvotinib

It cannot be bought over the counter, requires a prescription which in Thailand usually means getting fro ma hospital pharmacy after consulting a doctor at the hospital.

These are both expensive imports.

Veenat, an Indian generic, is not available here. Novartis (manufacturer of Glivac) made a deal with the Thai Ministry of Public Health whereby low income patients can receive the drug  free of charge and in return Thailand agreed not to locally manufacture it or import cheap generic.  So Thai patients are in good shape in terms of access top it but a foreigner seeking to get it here faces very steep costs.

I do know of cases where a foreigner was able to get the drug free under the same program that provides it to poor Thais but they were long time residents of Thailand under the long-term care of a Thai hospital/doctor. If this applies to you, get the application forms from your doctor. If not, you will either have to pay a seriously large amount of money or travel to India.
