US football Super Bowl ...where to watch?

I think it starts Monday: 6:30 or 7 am Thai time.  I've watched some sports in real time on my computer, but I forgot how I did it.

It's a two-pronged question:   Is there a public place with a large-screen TV in Chiang Rai showing the Super Bowl?

or #2  can someone suggest a relatively painless way to access it online?  Or....  some other suggestion?

 

 

Normally the Super Bowl is on Thai TV. I watch via a Slingbox in my son's US home and the internet.
