Hi everyone,

 

Unfortuately my wife lost her purse the weekend before last, which contained her Biometric Residence Permit. We have applied for a new one in the U.K. using the standard service which was sent on the 6th Feb but we are concerned that it will not arrive in time for our holiday to Thailand on 6th April. That being said, the Home Office have already taken payment for the applicatin from my account. Is this a sign we can expect the replacement card to come sooner rather than later?

 

if the card does not arrive in time for our trip can anyone please advise a way  around this so my wife can get back into the U.K. We were reluctant to use the premium service as it costs £590.
