Where to get rugs cleaned?

Featured Replies

Is there anywhere I can take my rugs to be cleaned?  I have 3 large size (about 300x200cm) that could do with a good clean.

I did research here and there were some posts a few years ago about taking to dry cleaners and many will have an extra service for carpet rugs, however I've just tried 2 (Super Clean on 3rd Rd and Hotel Supply on 3rd Rd) and neither of them have that service.

Any one here can recommend?

If no answer you could ask housekeeping supervisor at a large hotel as they should know who there hotel uses.

You could try Laundry Express on Naklua Road. Going north from Dolphin roundabout on the left side before you get to Pizza Big on the right. I have had curtains done there but no idea if they do rugs.

Just pop it in a bowl for an hour or so with some Timotei. My favourite "Roger Moore" syrup still looks and smells great after three decades.

Thepprasit Rd there are 2 garages on the left side as you drive up from Jomtien, or other side if driving down to Jomtien. Not sure which one it is off the back of my head but had many rugs cleaned there, its a car cleaning/valeting service  round the back of where they sell motorbikes. Best I can do but puts you in the gneral vacinity :-)

Take them to your garden/balcony/ wet room/ bathroom give them a good hose down with shower or bum squirter
apply detergent and some "elbow grease" rinse repeat until clean enough then hang out to dry in a sunny spot.
