Seem to be a few different stories out there? If i sell a condo that is in my name am I liable for personal taxation?

As I am not registered as a tax payer in Thailand how would this money be paid?

Seems not many seem to have volunteered to go the tax route!

Withholding tax, deduction on transfer at the land office. No need to declare it they will deduct from your proceeds. No escape, sorry!  Just one of the (hidden) costs of property ownership inThailand that the property bulls here often forget to mention.
