List of Online "Gateway" Catalogue Websites for buying Electronic, & associated, Parts for hobbyists & repairs that deliver in Thailand

Friend was telling me about 1 such gateway website that hosts products from individual companies or sole-traders ;

It has a name like L & W ;

This service does not accept "payment on delivery" which Lazada.co.th does though.

Instead, payment is in advance

e.g.s

Bank Transfer

Deposit at Bank Counter or ADM ; I think ... 8-)

I tried for positive results to this wording on internet tonight.

But, so far I do not find this name, nor any likeness in name, having such a website.

Perhaps some poster here can solve this for me ahead of I meeting my phoneless friend later in week.

If my prompt -- "L & W" -- is not accurate, lists of online catalogue websites serving electronic parts etc. would be welcome with hope that I then closer to finding the particular website described by my friend.
