I have UBC Satillite cable...

My wife mentioned that she saw a message pop up last night about some type of upgrade outage time they are having.

When we woke up this morning our Satillite cable was not working and a message is appearing on the screen...

"E52 Searching for signal"

We have been trying to call the customer support number but it is staying busy... I suspect a wide large scale outage and many people are calling Customer Service.

Has anyone else had this problem or know what is going on?
