libya 115
I did not download the Yahoo toolbar and I want to get rid of it. The weird thing is, it only appears sometimes, othertimes it is hidden. I looked in add/remove programmes and it is not listed (for removal). How can I remove it safely, without a disaster? londonthai
might came with your interner provider disk - you can at least disable it from your: view -> toolbars internet explorer or use "search" in files and folders and delete from there. terryp
just dun this...It is not in the add remove program or on the start up menu, if you click on the toolbar near the Y (for yahoo) then you will see uninstall (right click i think)
cdnvic
I'm going to assume you are talking about Internet Explorer 7 here? Click on the pencil icon, choose uninstall option, if you will get a license agreement click on "I disagree" After you finish, shut down IE, and it shouldn't come back. Yahoo toolbar only exists in add/remove programs if you manually install it yourself.
