need advice on where to rent, at least 12 months, a fairly new constructed apartment building or condo? i won't have a car so i'd need something close to shopping. 1 bedroom with some kind of view. 20,000 baht upwards per month payment. any ideas???

You will have no problems with a budget of 20,000bht.

There is a glut of rental propertys at present.

Why dont you rent a nice townhouse as there plenty in central hua hin.
