Yes many cities are fine at 4 am. Pattaya has 100’s of people out especially beach road and the second road just trying to rob you amongst other things.  Have not seen that many obvious trouble makers in many other large cities in Asia and elsewhere. It’s common place in Pattaya.

It has nothing to do with being out late.

 

if you actually read, you will know the guy has an argument at some other go-go.

then..2 guys show up at his bar and beat him up...ie looking for him.

 

obvious it is something that happen ealier

SO not a random attack or anything to do about being out late.

 

if i know Aussies he was probably drunk and mouthing off at the other bar or refused to pay or started some trouble or something

like that
