looking for a 6 or 12 month rental on a 2-3 Bedroom house or condo close to Hat Yai as the wife has ongoing business commitments there.

We are currently living in Sadao, and wish to find a suitable property in the next few weeks. The urgency is due to having to enrol or 2 children in a new school before the start of the new term.

I am Australian and the wife is Southern Thai.

The Basic requirements are;

• 6 to 12 month lease with option of a further 6 months

• minimum 2 to 3 bedroom

• some form of off street parking

• Hat Yai or Songkhla city

• ability to have fibre connected

• And the property in good condition.

   

  We have our own white goods and furnishings but would be prepared to look at furnished premises.

Not looking to outlay a fortune in rent, but again, will look at any realistic offers. We would be happy to provide references from people of standing if so required.
