RENT CHEAP HOUSE or bungalow less than 10000 where to look what village ?

Featured Replies

hello,

any idea where to rent a cheap house ?

if you have one to let and agree for a discount, my girlfriend and me can work in your garden or clean, take care of your house, your dogs, etc...

If you have a big garden i could even buy a small knockdown house to stay there, just let me a bit of your garden !

Serious offer / request.

Thank you.

And please tell me if you think that it's possible to rent a small place for 7000/10000 / month ?

Let me see if I get this right, you would maintain the garden and do some cleaning and in return you want to live in a temporary house in the garden?

hello, I was also thinking about this, I wonder who takes care of all the empty houses that are for sale around Pattaya ?

I would prefer to let y house to someone who will take care of it an organize visits in case buyers approach...

I think OP is looking for house sitting but at a reduced rent
Ain't gonna happen here but it does work in the West

I know some people who do this here. It seems to suit them and the owners very nicely. I think the owners are happy because it dramatically reduces the likelihood of break-ins.

This is what is interesting for smart house owners...

And free gardener, etc...

They could also rent it on Airbnb or with an agent. Much better option besides I dont see any house sitting websites here.

I know you posted it in the Pattaya forum but does it have to be in Pattaya ?

I'm looking for a rental in Jomtien, preferably nearby Soi Wat Boon, preferably 10,000 but can pay up to 15,000 for the right place.

To the OP, cheap houses under 10k don't usually have a big garden, more of a yard in my experience but you can rent one bed condos in Jomtien, not sure about Patts, big enough for 2 people for under 10k.

This price range gets you a small townhouse , thai style , thai kitchen or no kitchen at all. Have a few on the dark side , very very small in size ,

naturally no garden

Dude, you can rent a decent house in Nonthaburi for 5k. No one needs your drama and responsibilities only to pay 5k.

Jus sayin

Although not particularly close to Jomtien or Pattaya.
