Who or what actually makes photos and videos of sick child pornography? Where do these children come from and who or what is running the show? Who are the people behind making these photographic images and videos? The OP states that images young Thai girls were found on the guys computer. Who are these Thai girls? Are they groomed or pimped or are they being found on the social media? Obvious someone or criminal gangs are making huge profits by peddling child porn, so where are they? Who are they?
